So we’re now in 2016. So how well did I keep my 2015 New Year’s resolution? It was a huge success! I’ve decreased fat and increase muscle. I’ve been more energetic during all of my training. I’ve extended my membership in the gym another year looking forward to greater results.

In addition to my fitness training I have also been increasing my martial ability and knowledge. I earned two new black belts in 2015 one in Kuntaw and the other in Sikaran. Furthermore I’ve also gotten off my butt and started to take my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training more serious.


Overall 2015 was a great year and looking forward to bigger and better things for 2016!
